PropertyTaxInfo.org will publish neighborhood-level reports showing how assessed values changed in your area — derived from the official certified appraisal rolls released each year by Texas appraisal districts.

Data status: The certified rolls that support these reports arrive after each appraisal season. Reports for the 2027 season will be published once the data is certified, processed, and meets our minimum sample thresholds. We will not publish estimates or projections in advance of official data.

What each report will show

For each neighborhood or subdivision with sufficient data:

Confidence thresholds

Reports publish only when the sample size meets our minimum-cohort requirement. Neighborhoods with too few parcels show an honest "insufficient data" notice rather than noisy or privacy-compromising statistics. This is not a shortcut — small-sample assessment statistics are both unreliable and a household-privacy risk.

How to use this information

Neighborhood data is informational only. It does not constitute an appraisal, a valuation opinion, or legal or tax advice. Use it to understand your local assessment context before deciding how to respond to your appraisal notice.
